Owner verdict (Driver Power 2010):

The blue oval launched the C-MAX with a glitzy ad campaign that focused on the car’s supposedly high material and build quality – but you don’t agree!

Only two other models recorded worse scores for build in 2009, while a position of 89th in the reliability table suggests the Ford has some faults.

Despite this, you reported tidy handling for such a tall car.
