Still the biggest name in this sector of the market, and there’s not a lot wrong with the way its revised formula works. Throughout our four-week assessment, it was right up there with the fastest water shifters. Achieving a shine on the glass was easy, too. But when the performances are so close, Rain-X starts to look a bit expensive – as you get only 200ml and have to find your own cloths to put it on.
