Most people will see this for what it is: A hatch. People who were looking at spending £25k+ on a Golf/A3 will be looking at this as well. I suspect it's unnecessarily to big for most people though.

yeah, as below, thought I'd come to the comments It's a 3-series hatch. more practical, and not as tight but easier for people to manage using their car as a family wagon instead of just a rep-mobile.
