There are plenty of plans to keep urban traffic moving. But French company Secma has a particularly novel solution: the Scootcar. Selling well around the world, these nippy beach-buggies are now aiming for success in the UK. A range of three engines is offered, from a 50cc four-stroke petrol to an ultra-economical electric version that's good for 75 miles on a three-hour charge.
