    It's tough to get a foothold in the supermini sector, but SEAT has given it a fair crack. The new Ibiza is stylish, refined and priced just about right, and VW build quality gives it a useful leg up. However, its sportiness and the frugal fuel returns from its 130bhp TDI engine could be the clinchers
