It looks more 'squared off' , and a better looking version in my opinion. Decent fuel economy too. Would love to see a head to head with this new M class, X5 and the Touareg sometime in the future??
Does it say ML350 on the tailgate?
'm not interested in MB especially, but I am interested in well written informative tests, which this isn't. 0-60 accelleration is irrelavant, far more interesting is real world traffic, and in gear responses, is it not?. 9 seconds to 62 seems thoroughly staggering for a 4wheel drive behometh to me. The modern (so called) tester doesn't seem to remember the times when a v12 petrol engined s class MB was very little quicker, and drank 4 times as much fuel. That puts into context the staggering improvements made to the modern 4 cylinder diesel to me - if not to the 'tester'
When we last drove the M-Class in July, Mercedes was still debating whether to bring the ML 250 CDI to our shores. But bosses have seen sense, and it’s a great addition to the range. It boasts the refinement of a V6 diesel with improved fuel economy and much lower running costs. It could do with a little extra punch, but this is still the engine to go for.
