Ferrari F430 Scuderia

Developed by seven times F1 World Champion, Michael Schumacher, the lightweight Ferrari 430 Scuderia is already a deeply impressive supercar – but this track version goes a step further. Prepared by Swiss team Kessel Racing to compete in this year's FIA GT3 Championship, it gets a mean downforce-producing bodykit, adjustable suspension and, of course, a stripped-out cabin.

Not that the standard car – with its liberal use of carbonfibre and minimal sound-proofing – is flabby of course. Under the bonnet lies a 4.3-litre V8 that produces a stunning 510bhp and is hooked up to a semi-automatic gearbox. It should be capable of 0-60mph in 3.5 seconds and a top speed approaching 200mph.
