Jaguar XF

Executive champion

Jaguar XF

October 2010

British legend Jaguar has come a long way in a short space of time. Its current models are in a different league to its Eighties products, which were blighted by reliability issues.

No car demonstrates this more than the XF. It was the top-rated executive saloon in our Driver Power standings, and came an impressive second overall. It’s also Auto Express’s Car of the Year 2009, and was only knocked off its executive throne this year by the recently launched BMW 5-Series. We think the XF makes most sense in 3.0-litre V6 diesel guise, although the XFR flagship is also a superb all-round performance saloon.
