The C5 is a great car. I've had no issues with it whatsoever and its a pleasure to drive. Citroen have built a real winner in my eyes and im impressed with the car throughout.
Handling isn't great however this is only small complaint, this car is simply the bees knees for me

Generally reliable - only 1 failure in 3 years and 50,000 miles - radiator went. Old 2.0HDi (110bhp) engine is a little underpowered and needs working hard to maintian speed on motorway inclines. I have a 1.6HDi C5 as well, and performance is much stronger.

Excellent! Why do Citroens almost never appear in Auto Express?
They are said to have a poor resale value - my experience is that I will keep my next Citroen after the lease expires.

Limp home once although fast.abs & esp switches off sometimes under braking, cruise & limit goes at the same time. Nil repairs outside of guarantee. very happy.

Much better than expected. much better than other vehicles owned I.e.mercedes, jaguar, saab. Very good indeed. fuel and servicing very good.

Very pleased, although perhaps too many electronics. Question whether should have gone for 2.0 rather than 2.2 diesel

A spacious, comfortable and reasonably economical car with adequate performance and good level of equipment.
Needed brake and steering componets replaced on 4 year mot and 30,000 miles. Citroen parts overpriced.

comfortable & handles well but not enough room at the pedals and brakes constantly squeal at the back
57-reg Diesel, Owner for 1 to 3 years
Reasonable performance, economy, and price.
