Monster World Rally Team driver and internet phenomenon Ken Block stars in the latest Gymkhana Three stunt driving feature video, released today. The American WRC star continues to impress and astound with his skill behind the wheel.
The Gymkhana 3 video features Block drifting a highly modified 650bhp, four-wheel-drive Ford Fiesta rally car in close proximity to ever stranger obstacles, with just inches to spare.
Filmed outside the USA for the first time in France at the 'Ultimate Playground' l'Autodrome de Linas, Montlhéry, a 1.58 mile steeply banked oval track just south of Paris, Block's Fiesta is a one-off reported to be capable of 0-62mph in under two seconds.
The tyre bursting, prop bashing hooliganism on screen is captured by some of the best action filming techniques and equipment available, with all costs covered by the hugely lucrative sponsorship deals supporting the feature.
Ken's films have proven to be such a hit with online viewers, the original Gymkhana video clocked up more than 17 million hits since September 2009 and if the hype surrounding the latest video is anything to go by, we expect the latest video to do just as well.
