Ford Ka still not delivered...18 weeks and counting

I ordered a new Ka Zetec with bluetooth and spoiler at the end of May with expected delivery end of July. It has still not arrived and Ford have absolutely no idea when it will be built nevermind delivered! Ford Customer Relationship Centre and my dealer can offer no more information. Any suggestions?

My wife ordered a Ka on the 27th May, we have just been given a courtesy car as the delivery date is now the 9th January and the mot was up on our 20 year old escort. The dealership have been great, but the delivery date keeps getting pushed back by ford. Has anyone else been experiencing the same problem.
