Lamborghini Aventador Roadster review

We've been to Florida to drive the stunning, £295,000 Lamborghini Aventador Roadster

Cars like the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster don’t come around all that often.

The £295,000 Italian drop-top is fitted with the same 6.5-litre V12 as the Aventador coupe, and can rocket to 62mph in just 3.0 seconds. It gets kit like ceramic brakes, launch control and satellite navigation all as standard, and commands a premium of around £50,000 over its fixed-roof sibling.

With rivals like the Ferrari 458 and McLaren 12C costing considerably less, the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster has a serious point to prove.

There is no denying its visual impact. The sharp creases and low stance set it apart from near enough everything else on the road, but what is it like to drive?

We’ve been to the international launch in Miami to see if the new Lambo can deliver on road as well as track. Take a look at our video review to find out what we think.

OK So I've got the music and some of the car sound but not hearing any of his voice at all!
