I've always liked the back view of the Freelander. That's English. Maybe Freelander has been and would remain the most English look like model from all the Land Rovers. It still keeps over the last 15 years the same back line from its little, older brother, Rover 200. The rear bumper, the stop lamps, the trunk lid bottom edge, they all are elements, very slightly changed, and well preserved, from the 1990 Rover 200. Maybe that is the Land Rover bet, to prove to the old partners, namely Honda, that Freelander is pure British and it is successful.
