Trust MB to come up with a realistic concept. It would not surprise me if this became a reality very soon. They have always been leaders and we should be grateful for that.

Greg, this is no new concept, its a poor copy of the Toyota FJ Cruiser, which is a Hummer look-a-like. I doubt if it will take off, and surely not something to be specifically grateful for.

Hello Piet, here in Australia neither the Hummer nor the FJ have 'taken-off'; Land Cruiser, Patrol, Range Rover and Gclass reign supreme: but if this concept MB became a reality I think it probably would 'take-off'. My comment about gratitude really related to the fact that whatever innovation appears in the current version of the 'S' class eventually finds its way to main-stream cars. Most of the current valued features appearing in everyday models of all makes, originated in the Stuttgart design studio.
