Night vision improvements

Thanks to improvements in the S-Class’s sensors, the night vision can now detect animals up to 100 metres away, as well as pedestrians up to 160 metres away in the dark. If something is sensed, a sharp, infrared image appears on the TFT dials, highlighting the obstacle in red.
