Thousands of you entered this year’s Auto Express competition to drive the new Peugeot RCZ at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. The prize included tickets to the inaugural Moving Motorshow, plus a drive up the infamous hill-climb.
Making the most of the fine British weather, the four lucky winners, pictured above, could hardly contain their excitement throughout the day, with so much exotic metal on display, “I’m already Look forward to going to the Festival of Speed next year” said one of the four.
Enjoying the full VIP treatment, competition winners Andy Murray, Guy Standen, Helen Pope and Jonathan Wright were given an extra special surprise when Peugeot Le Mans driver Nic Minassian joined them for lunch.
Later on, the lucky four were given the keys to whichever variant of the RCZ they wanted to travel up the hill. And going by the final expressions on the winners faces after the short but exciting drive, the experience didn’t disappoint.
A new addition to the Festival of Speed schedule, the Moving Motor Show gave fans an extra opportunity to get up close to their favourite cars. It was followed by the usual three day event and took place at the Goodwood estate.
