Slow drivers blasted

An-ex traffic cop has written to the police authorities warning that drivers are contributing to the high road deaths toll in his home county Lincolnshire – by driving too slowly.

Keith Peat said slow drivers can force other motorists into making sometimes fatal overtaking manoeuvres. “By ignoring the tail of vehicles behind them, they’re driving without due care and attention,” he said.
