Police locked out in France and sat-nav goes off the rails in germany

France: Police came to the aid of a driver stranded near Callac - but he accidentally locked their squad car, so they had to call for assistance for both vehicles.

Australia: When Gary Pascall's motor broke down, he survived for three days in the outback by drinking shampoo and radiator coolant before being rescued.

Germany: A Rudolstadt driver told to turn too early by his sat-nav steered through a building site, up a stairway and into a toilet.
