The Golf GTI is getting even faster - and you'll have to be quick to get one! To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the hot hatch legend, VW is set to introduce the limited-edition Golf GTI Edition 30.
With a tweaked version of the 2.0-litre T-FSI engine, it boasts 227bhp - up 30bhp on the standard car and lowering the 0-62mph sprint to 6.8 seconds.
Subtle additions include lower side skirts, a chin spoiler and rear wing, plus new 18-inch alloys. Inside are half-leather sports seats and the golf ball-style gearknob fitted to the original GTI. Only 1,500 cars will reach the UK, priced around £22,000.
