King clampers named

The RAC Foundation is launching a search for the worst wheel clampers of 2006.

Its annual Dick Turpin Awards name and shame the most unscrupulous parking enforcers in the UK. This year's list includes a Manchester firm that demanded £600 to release a car - a month after towing it away. The owner thought it had been stolen and bought a new one.
