Pet names for cars

An affection for our cars has led to naming them

Britain's drivers are as fond of their cars as they are of each other, and more than 50 per cent of owners give theirs male or female status.

And yesinsurance.co.uk discovered a third even name their wheels. Surprisingly, men are twice as likely as women to do so. The three most popular names are Betsie, Freddie and Babe.
