The Department for Transport's THINK! road safety campaign has won a National Business Award for its work on teen road safety.

It took the Marketing Strategy of the Year award for use of insight, innovation and effectiveness in developing its shocking camera-phone ads focused on under-20s.

Guests of honour at the ceremony were HRH The Countess of Wessex and skills minister Phil Hope.
