Auto Express can reveal another super Skoda - the Roomster Scout

As with the Octavia Scout unveiled in Issue 925, it's a four-wheel-drive crossover model designed for rough roads and muddy tracks. The car features a raised ride height, extra underbody protection and a rugged look, with redesigned front and rear bumpers, plus plastic side sills. Under the bonnet is a choice of 1.6 petrol or 1.9-litre turbodiesel engines, both linked to a manual gearbox.

The Scout is scheduled to appear alongside the Fabia at March's Geneva exhibition, and UK sales should start in the summer, with a price tag of £14,000.
