Roomster seals Czech's success

Skoda's Roomster has blazed the trail towards the most successful 11 months in the company's 100-year history

Skoda Roomster

10th December 2006

The new mini-MPV was the 500,000th Skoda to be built in 2007 - this one at the marque's Kvasiny, Czech Republic, plant.

The milestone represents a massive increase in output for Skoda over a short space of time. In 1995 it built just over 208,000 vehicles, which means that in little more than a decade there’s been a 141 per cent increase in production.
