Honda spy cams set to beat jams

Honda looks ahead with its latest technology

27th December 2006

Drivers of Hondas will soon be able to get long-range parking vision. The firm has invented a system that puts tiny cameras into the wing mirrors of its cars and turns every one into a 'spy'

They film parking bays, queues into multi-storeys and traffic jams. The info is then relayed to other Honda drivers via the Internet, who can then decide where they want to go.
