There's a Rogue element within Nissan - and here's the picture that proves it

It's the first glimpse of the firm's latest entry to the SUV market. The Rogue is currently bound for the US only, and will be launched at the Detroit Motor Show.

Sitting between the forthcoming Qashqai and the Murano, both available here, the sporty 2.5-litre soft-roader is very much tarmac-oriented - it uses Nissan's Xtronic CVT transmission. This sends power to the front wheels, although four-wheel drive is an optional extra.
