Sale of century for Terios buyer

Driver celebrates as Daihatsu rolls out the celebrations

Daihatsu driver Ronnie Woods can't believe his luck after the cost of his new Terios was reimbursed as part of the firm's centenary celebrations.

Ronnie, of Newton Mearns, Glasgow, got a refund for being Daihatsu's 100th buyer this year. The brand's forerunner, Hatsu-doki Seizo Company Ltd, was set up in 1907 to build engines.
