Meanwhile, the £11,440 SX adds a sporty bodykit to the Dynamique trim, saving 70 per cent on the cost of the add-ons. It uses Renault's new 100bhp 1.2-litre petrol engine, which produces only 140g/km of CO2. The unit, also available in the Modus, will power the new Twingo, which is due in autumn.
