Road building shake-up, Michelin-Kia deal, rice power and hayfever warning

A new White Paper looks set to speed up the development of motorways and trunk roads to improve vital delivery routes in the UK. The proposal, by the Independent Planning Commission, aims to increase the progress of major infrastructure plans.
