VW limo names price: Prices have been announced for the revised VW Phaeton ahead of its September launch. A reprofiled bonnet, new lights and a voice-activated phone system are among the changes. Prices range from £37,996 for the 3.0-litre V6 SWB to £74,272 for the 6.0 W12.

ENTHUSIASTS across Europe are preparing for the 50th anniversary celebrations of the original Fiat 500. A cross-continental tour is being planned for later next month, ending in Garlenda, Italy - home of the Italian 500 club. Nearly 3,500,000 examples of the legendary city car were produced between 1957 and 1975.

TOYOTA has launched a new version of its Yaris, called the TR. Based on the T3 model, the latest supermini comes with alloy wheels, silver-finished door handles and one-touch folding rear seats as standard. Prices start at £9,995 for the 1.3-litre VVT-I petrol three-door, and rise to £10,945 for the 1.4 D-4D diesel five-door.
