The Jawbone headset was originally designed for the US military, and features advanced noise-cancelling. Clever software makes it perfect for use behind the wheel, as background road and wind noise is virtually eliminated.

The set-up does this by constantly adjusting and optimising incoming and outgoing sound, so both callers get the best possible quality. Not only does it look funky, with a stylish microphone boom and ear clip, it also features a built-in volume control plus a USB cable for charging from your computer, while the headset weighs in at only 19g.

On a full charge, you get 120 hours on standby and six hours of talk time. The Jaw­bone can be used on either ear, as it’s fully reversible, and it comes with a fitting kit to make it as comfortable as possible.
