Scientists claim we’ll soon be topping up on alcohol before getting behind the wheel.

Residues from beer and whisky production could be turned into biofuel for cars, if researchers at the University of Abertay, Scotland, get their way. The boffins have been awarded the Carnegie Trust Research Grant for their study, which
will be completed next year.
