Japanese unveil cutting-edge duo

Mitsubishi is doubling up at the Frankfurt Motor Show with a pair of exciting design studies.

The electrically powered MiEV Sport coupé features powerful motors mounted in all four wheels and a lightweight aluminium chassis. Kit includes automatic parking assistance and lane departure warning.

Meanwhile, the Concept-ZT saloon has a 187bhp 2.2-litre turbodiesel connected to a twin-clutch semi-auto gearbox and electronic four-wheel-drive system.
