Porsche is really cooking

New Porsche kitchen is as hi-tech as the company's cars

Porsche Kitchen
Kitchen by Porsche has clean lines and lots of integrated kit

26th October 2007

Here’s one kitchen which will appeal to fast food fans – it’s been designed by Porsche. The performance brand has teamed up with Germany’s oldest furniture manufacturer, Poggenpohl, to produce this culinary masterpiece.

The kitchen is styled to appeal to men, and is as hi-tech as Porsche’s cars. There’s extensive use of aluminium, plus a splash and heat-proof top-end audio/video system built-in. Buyers will get a choice of finishes – pine-based Driftwood or Dark Oak – when it goes on sale at Poggenpohl outlets in this country next year. Prices start at about £40,000 – the same as a Cayenne.
