Mega auction site opens its doors

The first four-lane auction centre in Europe has opened its doors.

We broke news of the US-inspired initiative in Colchester, Essex, earlier this year. The revamped facility allows buyers access to even more cars, and Manheim Auctions held its first sale there earlier this week. With four cars being auctioned simultaneously, buyers can use computer terminals at each rostrum to access information about the models on offer.
