The Italian giant has gone upmarket with the XEvo, which is firmly aimed at car drivers looking to cut the time it takes them to get to work by switching to two wheels. And to help out, there’s a 56-litre storage space, which can be reached through the seat or rear ‘boot’.
There are more creature comforts than normally found on a scooter, including a large screen, variety of warning lights and wide range of instruments, including a trip computer. You can choose between an inner-city 125cc or 400cc, which can easily cope with motorways and costs from £3,999. Both are available in Midnight Blue or Sirio Grey.
