City car from Suzuki makes its European debut at the Geneva Motor Show

Suzuki had an all-star cast on show at Geneva. With the all-new Splash supermini and Kizashi concepts taking the supporting roles, the Concept A-Star took the lead.

The tiny city car previews the firm’s next world model, which goes into production with Maruti Suzuki in India later this year. It features an efficient new 1.0-litre petrol engine capable of super-low CO2 emissions – lower than 109g/km.

Smart details include the A-Star’s distinctive grille and unusual front and rear light clusters. Inside, the five-door model features mood lighting to create the feeling of space.
