Match up your spares online

New tool to get you the best possible parts for your car.

25th April 2008

Finding the right part for your car just got easier. A new service from classifieds giant Auto Trader uses your registration number to make sure you get the precise part to match your car.

Information is then taken from data check firm HPI to identify the make and model of your vehicle, and ensure you don’t order items incorrectly.

The service is in the ‘Parts and Accessories’ section of the Auto Trader website (www.autotradernewparts.co.uk). Visitors to the site enter their registration number to confirm their car’s details before searching for anything from steering and brake components to timing belts and radiators. Parts can then be delivered to your home within 48 hours.
