Latest FM kit results to easy iPod listening thanks neat integration a large bandwidth.

Thank to its expanded bandwidth, the Gear4 AirZone FM Dock should suffer fewer reception problems than some rival FM transmitters.

It has a range from 87.5 to 108MHz, so the maker claims there will always be a clear frequency somewhere in the range to provide a strong signal.

The transmitter is compatible with all Apple iPods, which attach via a dock connector. The Gear4 is powered by the player, so there is no need to clutter the cabin with extra wires.

The controls to adjust the stereo’s four presets and bass levels are easy to use. There is also a USB port so users can keep the kit connected while charging, and a backlit display provides handy information on stations.
