Two better than four for Sedici?

fiat

21st August 2008

Fiat is aiming to boost sales of its Sedici SUV with a new two-wheel-drive version.

The 4x2 offers the style and versatility of the four-wheel-drive variant, according to bosses, but with lower costs, because the transmission weighs less.

Externally, the car is identical while the only clue inside is that there is no drivetrain switch. Power comes from a 1.6-litre petrol engine. The Sedici 4x2 starts at £9,999 on the road.
