Renault has chosen Moscow to take the covers off its new Renault Clio Symbol. The simple saloon was unveiled into a Russian market that has already taken to the current Logan - currently the best-selling car in the country bar the Ford Focus.
The Symbol will be a joint venture of International Renault co-operation between the French manufacturers different worldwide engineering departments.
The Symbol’s biggest selling point will be its practicality and large boot. The styling is plain to say the least and the engine will be the same modest 1.4-litre, 98bhp petrol unit anticipated to be found in the new Dacia Logan.
The Symbol will go on sale next year and will be available in Eastern and Central Europe along with Turkey and Russia.
