Aston's new 'box

Aston Martin is set to introduce its new Touchtronic 2 gearbox to the DBS. Designed as an automatic alternative to the existing six-speed manual transmission, the new unit is derived from the DB9's ZF transaxle gearbox.

The new 'box features shorter, more agressive shifts when the driver engages sport mode, but it can also be set to fully automatic for a smooth ride.

Aston is also offering a new Bang & Olufsen BeoSound sound system with the DBS with an incredible 1000W output and 10 speakers. In addition to the new creature comforts, the performance car manufacturer will also give customers the option of a second row of seats, turning the DBS into a 2+2 coupe. There's even a new set of 20-inch, ten-spoke alloy wheels on offer!
