Lamborghini Bike

Latest model from Sant Agata wheely is a brilliant deal!

Lamborghini Bike

06th December 2008

FANCY a Lamborghini in your garage, but can’t quite meet the £140,000 asking price?
The answer to your dreams could be at the supermarket, rather than at a raging bull showroom.

British grocers Tesco has started selling Lamborghini bicycles through its catalogue service and online. The two-wheeler, which wears the legendary badge, is designed and built by the company owned by Ferrucio Lamborghini’s son, Tonino. It’s a 21-speed hybrid that’s meant for roads and trails, and is finished in stylish sunrise yellow.

It carries a price tag of £160 – so you could buy nearly 900 of them for the price of one Gallardo. But
trying to match the car’s 0-60mph sprint times with pedal power might prove to be a dream too far.
