The fastest TT ever is emerging from the shadows. Audi has released the first official teaser shots of its flagship performance coupé, the RS.
The front spoiler boasts distinctive piano black vents, while there’s an RS badge on the bootlid. A new five-cylinder 2.5-litre turbo engine producing around 350bhp should launch the TT RS from 0-60mph in under six seconds and on to a 155mph top speed.
Both six-speed manual and seven-speed twin-clutch S tronic gearboxes will be offered, channelling the engine’s power through all four wheels. The TT RS will debut at next week’s Geneva show, with sales likely to start before the end of the year. The car will be priced at around £40,000
