The Jaguar XJ is coming home. After it’s behind-closed doors debut in London the XJ is making the short trip up the M1 to its hometown of Coventry. The new Jag will make its first public appearance at the Ricoh Arena as part of the Midlands Motor Show.

The new luxury saloon represents another step forward in the Coventry based company’s brand modernisation with its sleek looks and innovative technology.

High-definition virtual instrument displays and an 8-inch Dual view touchscreen, coupled with the XJ’s futuristic styling are sure to make Jaguar’s latest saloon a popular attraction.

Elsewhere, Vauxhall have also announced that the Insignia VXR will be making its first motor show appearance amongst displays featuring the Ford Focus RS and a Formula Renault race car.

The Midlands Motor Show takes place at Ricoh Arena in Coventry on from 1 to 2 August. You can find out more about the 40 exhibitors at the independent event here, and download vouchers for discounted entry.
