It's the car that had the press flocking to see it! Mercedes' 'Gullwing' SLS AMG stunned Frankfurt with it's retro-inspired looks and modern mechanicals - proving that Merc's performance arm AMG is more than simply a tuner.

The gullwing-style doors, hinged at the roof, were predictably the big talking point, but the 555bhp AMG 6.3-litre dry-sumped V8 with 650Nm of torque, should prove just as impressive when we have the chance to get behind the wheel.
