Talk about a one-horse race! The latest Mustang is the runaway star of the SEMA automotive modification show in the US.
Seven Ford-backed tuner versions of the 2010 model ‘pony car’ are turning heads at this week’s annual Las Vegas extravaganza, heaping extra visual and engineering muscle on to the standard coupé. Highlights include Ford’s own tuned variant, packed with custom accessories including a metallic gold cabin. The car from Paul’s High Performance is tuned for optimum drag strip times, while drift ace Vaughn Gittin Jr adds a tyre-shredding 10bhp to the 540bhp supercharged Shelby GT500. The new Mustang is on sale in the UK from £24,950 via London-based specialist Clive Sutton.
