MINI creates fleet of art cars

For its 50th anniverssary MINI gave ten artists a car and a paintbrush and turned the results into a book

Ever walked past a filthy van and seen 'wash me' carved into the dirt, or written it yourself for that matter? Well, in celebration of its 50th anniverssary, MINI has released a book based on exactly that.

The idea was simple. MINI gave ten cars to ten artists with zero 'art-car' experience and let them go wild - and photos of the bold and colourful creations have been turned into a book called Wash Me - on sale now.
