The hype from Geneva may be dying down, but Citroen is keen to show it's not finished yet. The French manufacturer has just revealed the GQbyCitroen, a concept car designed in partnership with men's magazine GQ.
Working closely with editor Dylan Jones, Citroen designers were aiming to create the 'ultimate gentleman's drive'. The result is an aggressively styled GT that mixes bold lines with an elegant profile. A concave rear windscreen and rear-hinged suicide doors complete the dramatic look.
Inside the cabin, Citroen called upon Savile Row tailors, E. Tautz to help them design an interior that is simple, stylish and futuristic.
The GQbyCitroen is a plug-in hybrid, powered by a 1.6-litre 4-cylinder petrol engine and an electric motor. According to figures the newcomer should have a 0-60mph time of 4.5 seconds while emissions are just 80g/km of CO2. There are no plans to put the car into production.

Just so impressive. Audi and BMW should take note on how to make a good looking car. Porsche look away.
Also very impressed! Hope this is 99% the basis for the up and coming DS5.
That's car is amazing!
This is how all manufacturers should interact with their target audience.
I agree with daffney, I would definitely buy this if it turned out to be the DS5.
Don't care if its Citroen, its more reliable and better looking than any Alfa out there today!
What is wrong with the world. Do they really want all this tacky, macho nonsense? This is not what the Citroen genes are at all. They are about flowing, aerodynamic, futuristic shapes that are a world apart from all the run of the mill cars.
This looks like something the yanks would think was 'macho' and 'hunky' . No, Citroen, no! What the hell are you doing?
