Ford Edges Bets With Last Focus

The new version arrives later this year, but before then Ford has added one last edition to the current Focus line-up. Called the Edge - after the maker's design philosophy - the run-out car will be available with a 1.6-litre petrol engine or 1.8 TDCi diesel.

Prices start at ΂£12,915 for the 1.6 version and rise to ΂£15,265 for the range-topping diesel. More than 650,000 Focuses have been sold in the UK since the car's launch in 1998.
